An old restored farm-house on the top of a hill behind Porto Ercole. There is a great view of Cala Galera, Feniglia, Ansedonia, Capalbio,Orbetello with its lagoon and the open sea. A country road through the middle of the woods goes to the house which is situated only 3 km from the village. The house is surrounded by 3 Ha of typical Mediterranean landscape and the house has approx. 5,000 sq mt of mature gardens with some secular trees. There is a secular cork-oak tree that has been previously made famous by being photographed for the National Geographic company. The pool is situated at the front of the house and offers the best views of the surrounding countryside and also of the Mediterranean. The house has recently had a complete restoration done to it. The furniture is of a typical Oriental and old Tuscan style. Plenty of parking spaces at the house. The farm-house is 3.5 km far from Porto Ercole. It is built on 2 floors.
